Step 4a: More taping

Take a closer look at the design. You can start to see the outlines of what this design will look like once finished. In this case, along the sides of the boat, you see some wavy patterns taking shape. Remember, since Gel Coat is reverse painted, the base color of the boat will be applied first.

Notice the smoothness of the Mold. This is what makes ADVANTAGE Boats quality superior. Each Mold is inspected before and after each washing and waxing, to insure the quality of each boat.
